My wife and I want to thank you for the excellent work you did in addressing a bathroom flooding problem. Having water leaking from an upstairs bathroom shower, through the floor and coming out of the bathroom ceiling below had us worried about the magnitude of the problem and cost associated with redoing a shower, demolishing the ceiling below to access the piping, and refinishing the damaged ceiling.

However, you thoughtfully investigated the source of the problem before you began to provide a smart plan of how to repair the work. The work involved removing a small portion of the ceiling below to replace a plugged shower trap. The repair was done efficiently and cost effectively. You also arranged to have another contractor repair the ceiling.

We are very satisfied with your responsiveness, care in providing the most cost effective solution, and keeping the spaces clean after completing the work.

I have had the pleasure of utilizing the services of Lettow Plumbing & Restoration, LLC. We called Mr. Lettow late Thursday evening and explained that our x-ray machine/room was down and would not be operational until we had a plumber repair the drainage lines.

Mr. Lettow was at our office at 7 a.m. on Friday morning and fixed the problem. Mr. Lettow was punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He completed the job and did not disturb the patient flow in the office.

His pricing was very reasonable and I can honestly say I would recommend him and his company to anyone.

I used Lettow Plumbing on several projects including my home. I will say that they are good, fast, and very clean. Their employees are also very nice and hospitable. In my home they help me with a kitchen remodel. It was a pretty good size project including trenching out the concrete floor. They also moved water and drain lines around the room to accommodate the new placement of my equipment. They would arrive just when they said they would which to me in huge. They did their job and cleaned up like they have never been there. Chris Lettow even ran the gas lines for my new cook stove island. So I will say that their pricing was also right on point. Not high and really not low. I never take the low bid. They really were worth every penny we paid them and they really went (to me) above and beyond the contract we had. If you need any plumbing work or gas work I would highly recommend Lettow Plumbing. A good honest tradesmen.

I've known Chris Lettow for a few years now. He's always done an amazing job at one of my previous restaurant jobs. I called him in regards of an issue with some cast iron plumbing in my house. He sent over two of his guys, John and Spencer. They were both very polite and professional. The problem was fixed and I'm very satisfied with the result. I will definitely contact Lettow Plumbing for any future projects!

I have used Lettow Plumbing twice in the last year for shower/tub valve replacement. I really hate sweating pipe, it's worth paying someone! Both jobs, the crew was timely, professional and did the job in a timely manner. I recommend Lettow Plumbing regularly, and will continue to do so.

Very nice understanding company. We had a situation where they had started the job then because of covid months passed before they could finish. They never asked for any money and kept checking in to see how things were going. When they got the green light they worked us in within 2 days. Neat and clean workers who did a great job!

Chris and his team completely restored one of our bathrooms. The entire project was handled extremely well, with open communication, honest estimates, and the work was completed in a timely manner. It turned out beautifully!
